I missed pizza, and I am sure that I am not alone. We can still have most of the toppings, but the crust is a killer. The crunch, the texture… I threw together a substitute crust so that we can all enjoy pizza again!
I missed pizza, and I am sure that I am not alone. We can still have most of the toppings, but the crust is a killer. The crunch, the texture… I threw together a substitute crust so that we can all enjoy pizza again!
Preheat oven broiler on low, with rack at least 6 inches away from the top. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.
Place mixture on parchment paper and spread evenly to about 1/3” thick. Try to keep the edges from being too thin, or they may burn.
Place in oven and boil for about 4 minutes. Remove from oven and remove from baking sheet.
Flip crust onto a new sheet of parchment paper on the baking sheet and return to oven. Broil for an additional 3 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with your favorite low carb sauce and toppings! Broil for an additional 1-1/2 to 2 minutes to perfection!
