These muffins make a great grab-and-go breakfast, or a nice dessert!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all dry ingredients (except for chocolate). Stir.
Add Pecan Butter (recipe here) and heavy whipping cream, stir to combine.
Add eggs, one at a time, combining well. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and evenly divide batter between 12 cups. Bake for 20 min, until toothpick comes out clean.
