Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all dry ingredients and stir.
Add pecan butter (recipe here) and cream, stir to combine.
Add eggs, one at a time, combining well.
Spray muffin tins with cooking spray and evenly divide batter between the 12 molds.
Top each muffin with streusel topping (recipe here). Bake for 18 – 25 min, until toothpick comes out clean.
