This stuffing recipe is something that I created for Thanksgiving, and it was wonderful enough to share with you all! The bread that I used was my “90 Second Bread”, whose recipe is also available on this site. To dehydrate the bread, I chopped the loaves up into about 1″ square cubes and put them in the oven at 200°F for 40 minutes, flipping once.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat
Add onion and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Cook 5 minutes or until onions are soft
Add broth and bring to a simmer
Beat egg with parsley in a large bowl. Add cubed stale bread, then pour broth mixture in and toss.
Transfer to a buttered baking dish, cover & bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake 20 more minutes. Enjoy!
