There is nothing like a quick easy set-it-and-forget-it meal! This is a dinner staple in my house!
Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a crock pot. Top with cubed/diced butter and seasonings.
Cook on low for 8+ hours. (Mine usually goes for 10, as I set it before I leave for work and eat it when we get home. Cooking for extra time only means that it will be more tender!)
Serve 1 breast per person, and ladle on some of the juices. Trust me, the buttery chicken broth juice is delicious!
